Lemon & Poppyseed Cake

A fluffy vegan cake made with juice and zest from fresh lemons and poppyseeds, filled with a lemon vanilla ‘butter’cream and topped with either lemon icing or vanilla ‘butter’cream and a sprinkling of poppyseeds.
