This is a healthy and nutritious smoothie that can be enjoyed as a meal in itself, whether you are on the run, want something filling pre or post a workout, or simply fancy a delicious smoothie, then this is for you.

Serves 1


1 banana (frozen bananas work well too)
1 cup of mixed berries (or berry of choice) (frozen berries work well too)
1/2 cup oats (can be soaked overnight in the milk for a creamier texture & taste)
1 tbsp mixed nuts & seeds (of your choice)
1 cup plant-based milk of your choice
1 date (stone removed)
Optional: Pinch of cinnamon, pinch of sea salt

**For extra protein, you can add a serving of your favourite protein powder to the mix**


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and enjoy
