I’m sure you’ve heard this so many times before and of course, everyone has ‘their’ own view on this subject however the subject of breakfasts, pro’s and con’s, comes up time and time again so I wanted to take a few minutes to delve deeper.

Many studies have shown the benefits of starting the day with a healthy balanced breakfast. In today’s world, our days are no longer standard with some starting their day in the early hours and some starting off their days much later, some following a strict fasting regime and not eating for between 10-16 hours) therefore I prefer to drop the word breakfast and use meal.
