This class will include:

  • An introduction to a variety of delicious and nutritious vegan ingredients
  • A selection of quick and easy recipes for breakfast, including pancakes and what plantbased milks to put in your cuppa
  • Wholefood recipes to create delicious creamy and cheesy flavours and textures, such as béchamel
  • How to make mouth-watering vegan sweet treats
  • Recipes to create hearty meaty flavours and textures using ingredients such as tempeh, tofu & beans (vegan protein) to enjoy in curries, pies & stews
  • Learning the health benefits of vegan ingredients
  • Plenty of tasty snacks throughout the day as well as an organic plant based lunch

The day is hands-on as this is the best way to learn and have fun.
