All delicious sauces and condiments are best when home-made.  Here’s how to make yours.

Ingredients

1/2 cup soya/almond milk
1 cup sunflower oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Method
1.  Add all the ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth
2.  Pour into an airtight container and store in the fridge.  This will keep in the fridge for 1 month.
