You will have the chance to prepare and savour some of the worlds most vibrant and exciting dishes. You’ll learn how to blend an array of aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, and rich roasted cumin in order for you to create delicious and authentic world foods.

You will learn how to make some of the following dishes from around the world:

MIDDLE-EASTERN: Barberry & Turmeric fluffy rice with marinaded saffron tofu
RUSSIAN: Traditional Beetroot Soup (Borscht), Potato, tofu & ghurkin dill salad
JAPANESE: Tofu Katsu Curry with Jasmine Rice
GREEK: Chestnut & Mushroom Steffado stew
CHINESE: Sweet’n’sour vegetables with stick rice
INDIAN: Hot & Spicy Tandoori Cauliflower bites
AMERICAN: Traditional Mac’n’Cheese

DESSERT: Delicious fruit crumble
