A truly vibrant coloured, healthy & nutritious smoothie packed with natural vitamins and nutrients.

2 ripe Kiwi’s peeled
1 large green apple (or 2 medium)
4 stalks celery
1/2 inch fresh ginger
1 cup spinach
1/4 of a full length cucumber

Optional extras:
Half an avocado
1/2 inch fresh turmeric
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp nuts (of your choice)
1 tbsp sunflower seeds


  1. Wash all fruit/veg
  2. Juice apple, celery, ginger and cucumber
  3. Add juice and the other ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.

This smoothie is great for adults and kids!!

On a hot day, add a couple of ice cubes!
