A delicious fresh juice to keep you hydrated and energised, especially when you feel your body is running low in energy and in need of natural nutrients.  A great immune booster.

Serves 2

2 oranges
1 apple
6 carrots
6 sticks of celery
1 inch fresh ginger
1 inch fresh turmeric
1 lime (skin removed)


1)  Juice the above ingredients

Optional:  add ice.

Drink and enjoy.

Drink within 30 minutes of juicing as the longer it ‘hangs’ around, the more natural occurring sugar is produced.
