These seeds are so delicious and packed full of nutrients and natural fats.  They are great as a snack or an accompaniment in salads or sprinkled as a garnish on soup.  This also works great with sunflower seeds.


1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika


  1. Heat a frying pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add the pumpkin seeds and toast for approx. 15 minutes making sure you keep shaking the pan so that all seeds are evenly toasted
  3. Turn heat to low and add the soy sauce and coat all seeds
  4. Add smoked paprika
  5. Turn the heat off and transfer the seeds into a serving bowl
  6. Great eaten as a snack yet delicious sprinkled on soup
