Toasted Vegan Soy & Paprika Pumpkin Seeds

TOASTED VEGAN SOY & PAPRIKA PUMPKIN SEEDS

Ingredients

Approx. 1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan on medium heat for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add the pumpkin seeds and toast for approx. 15 minutes making sure you keep shaking the pan so that all seeds are evenly toasted
  3. Turn heat to low and add the soy sauce and coat all seeds
  4. Add smoked paprika
  5. Turn the heat off and transfer the seeds into a serving bowl
  6. Great eaten as a snack yet delicious sprinkled on soup
