You will create some of the following dishes:

Starter: Spiral courgettes smothered with an avocado, pesto and cashew cream pesto

Main: Lasagne made with courgettes, tofu, tomatoes and avocado, a cashew cream white sauce and a basil pesto with a chilli and tomato oil drizzle, raw pizza flaxseed cracker based topped with fresh vegetables and covered with cashew cream and basil and sun-dried tomato pesto.

Dessert: Raw chocolate torte OR key lime pie

Snacks:  Raw energy balls

Nearing Summer, when we choose to eat lighter, eating a RAW diet is the best time to experiment with fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season and organic where possible.

Our classes are restricted to 6 people for maximum impact and focus.  As these classes are popular, booking early is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
