A truly refreshing smoothie that leaves you feeling cool. Vibrant in colour and full of natural vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants to keep your body healthy and energised.
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 mango
1 cup milk of your choice
1 cup water/coconut water
Method
1) Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Optional: add ice.
Drink and enjoy.
Recommendation:
~ Drink within 30 minutes of juicing as the longer it ‘hangs’ around, the more natural occurring sugar is produced.
~ Almond milk works well with this smoothie giving it a hint of nuttiness.
~ During the Summer/warmer months try freezing the banana and mango for about 1 hour and then blending for a more milk shake type texture. Truly cooling and delicious!
